These Online Sales Terms apply to sample and evaluation-unit purchases made through Tachyonic Intelligence Sdn. Bhd.’s online store. They are designed for low-quantity engineering evaluation purchases; project and volume orders continue to be handled by quotation or authorized distributors.
1. Seller and scope
The seller is Tachyonic Intelligence Sdn. Bhd., 87-G, Jalan Puteri 5/7, Bandar Puteri, 47100 Puchong, Selangor, Malaysia. Company Registration: 202401050700 (1596543-P). Tax Identification Number: C59730206050.
2. Sample and evaluation purchases
Online checkout is intended for sample and evaluation units. The current online limit is 2 units per model per order. Requirements above that limit, production quantities, projects and distributor purchases must be submitted for quotation.
3. Prices, currency and tax
Base product prices are maintained in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). When another supported checkout currency is selected, the store converts the MYR price using the website’s current exchange-rate source and the total presented at checkout is the amount submitted for payment. Malaysian orders are subject to applicable Malaysian Sales and Service Tax (SST), shown separately where applicable. Taxes, duties or charges imposed by a destination country are not included in the product price or international delivery charge.
4. Delivery
Delivery within Malaysia is free. For supported international destinations, online sample orders use a flat USD 50 delivery charge per order, converted into the selected checkout currency. The available destination countries are those shown in the checkout country selector. A complete and deliverable shipping address, contact name, telephone number and company information must be provided. If an order cannot lawfully or practically be shipped to the submitted destination, we will contact the purchaser and may cancel and refund the affected order.
5. Payment
Online card payments are processed by Stripe. Tachyonic Intelligence does not store full card numbers or card security codes on this website. An order acknowledgement does not override product availability, fraud screening, payment authorization, export restrictions or any requirement to verify the order.
6. Availability and order acceptance
Sample inventory can change. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact the purchaser to agree a reasonable next step, which may include a revised fulfilment date, substitution only with the purchaser’s agreement, or a refund of the affected item.
7. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Please contact us as soon as possible if an order needs to be changed or cancelled. If an item is incorrect, damaged on arrival or believed to be defective, provide the order number and relevant details before returning it. Products should not be returned without return instructions or an RMA where applicable. Change-of-mind returns are not automatically accepted. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
8. Warranty and engineering use
Any applicable product warranty is governed by the controlled product documentation, written quotation or written order confirmation for the product. Sample and evaluation units are supplied for engineering evaluation and integration work. The purchaser remains responsible for verifying suitability, installation, configuration, safety requirements and compliance for the final application.
9. International import duty and destination charges
The USD 50 international delivery charge covers the store’s delivery charge only. Import duty, customs clearance charges, brokerage fees, destination VAT/GST/sales taxes and other government or carrier charges are not included. These amounts, if imposed, are the purchaser’s or recipient’s responsibility and may be collected by customs authorities or the delivery carrier before release or delivery.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tachyonic Intelligence is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of an evaluation unit, engineering information or delayed deployment. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Privacy and payment security
Order information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Payment information is processed by Stripe under its applicable privacy and security terms.
12. Governing law and contact
