This Privacy Policy explains how Tachyonic Intelligence Sdn. Bhd. handles personal data when you use our website, contact us, request technical support, submit an enquiry or place an online sample order.

2. Information we may collect

  • Contact and company information such as name, email address, telephone number, organization and job-related details you provide.
  • Enquiry, quotation, support and product-selection information.
  • Order information such as billing details, collection or delivery details, products ordered, currency, tax information and order status.
  • Payment status and transaction references supplied by our payment provider. Full card numbers and card security codes are not stored by this website.
  • Technical information such as IP address, browser/device information, security logs and website activity needed to operate and protect the service.
  • Language, currency and cookie-preference information stored by the website.

3. Why we use information

We use personal data to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, process and fulfil orders, provide technical and warranty support, communicate about products and services requested by you, maintain business records, prevent fraud and abuse, secure the website, comply with legal obligations and improve our customer processes.

4. Payment processing

Online card payments are processed by Stripe. Payment details entered into Stripe’s payment interface are handled by Stripe and are subject to Stripe’s applicable privacy and security terms. Tachyonic Intelligence receives transaction and payment-status information needed to manage the order.

We may share the minimum information necessary with service providers that support website hosting, WooCommerce order processing, email delivery, payment processing, fraud prevention, IT/security services and, where applicable, couriers or logistics providers. We may also disclose information where required by law, regulation, court order or a competent authority.

Some technology or payment providers may process information outside Malaysia. Where this occurs, we use established service providers and take reasonable steps appropriate to the service and applicable legal requirements.
